General warranty terms

§1 General provisions

1. Nano Serwis Dawid Stępień, ul. Konstantego Ildefonsa Gałczyńskiego 14/3, 59-220 Legnica, NIP: 6911969967, REGON: 020584876, tel. +48 790 750 190, email: (hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor or Seller) provides a warranty to the person or company (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) who purchased Equipment/Device from the Seller under the terms described in this document.

2. The Guarantor ensures good quality and efficient operation of the devices covered by the warranty.

§2 Warranty period

1. The warranty covers a period of 1 year (12 months) unless otherwise specified in the item description.

2. The warranty period is counted from the date of device delivery.

§3 Warranty conditions

1. The warranty covers all defects revealed during the warranty period referred to in §1 para. 1 that prevent the proper functioning of the device.

2. The basis of the warranty is the presentation of a purchase confirmation in the form of an invoice and the presence of intact security seals on the device.

3. The equipment should be used according to its intended purpose.

4. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or installation, repairs by unauthorized persons, mechanical damage, as well as random events (atmospheric discharges, fire, flooding, high temperatures, and chemical factors).

§4 Complaint notification

1. The complaint notification should be made in writing (to the address Nano Serwis Dawid Stępień, ul. Długosza 33, 51-162 Wrocław) or by email to the address

2. The complaint should include:

a) Customer's details

b) contact details of the person making the notification

c) detailed description of the defect

3. The complained device should be delivered to the Seller's address, i.e.:

NANO - SERWIS DAWID STĘPIEŃ, Jana Długosza 33, 51-162 Wrocław

4. The Customer is responsible for properly securing the complained device during transportation to the Seller.

5. Repair of defects arising during the warranty period will be carried out as soon as possible, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the defective equipment to the Guarantor.

6. The Customer has the right to exchange the device for a functional/defect-free one if during the warranty period 3 unsuccessful repairs of the same fault were made or if permanent defect removal is not possible.

7. In case of impossibility of repair or exchange of the device, the Customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the device. In the case of issued VAT invoices, the refund will be made based on a VAT correction invoice signed by the customer within a maximum period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of the signed correction.

§5 Final provisions

1. Nano Serwis Dawid Stępień shall not be liable to the Buyer for any indirect or consequential damages, such as:

a) financial loss or lost profits,

b) damages caused by temporary inability to use the devices

c) temporary loss of the ability to conclude or perform contracts

d) loss of potential business opportunities, loss of goodwill

e) downtime costs, loss of production or limitation of production capabilities

f) as well as for any other damages not directly related to the event causing the damage.

2. The Seller shall not be liable for improper selection of products, their improper use or use contrary to their intended purpose or operating and maintenance instructions, as well as for any damages whose occurrence or size was influenced by the condition and properties of the infrastructure within which the products are to be operated, in particular those elements with which the products are to be connected.

3. In all matters not regulated in these General Warranty Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the provisions of articles 577–581 of the Civil Code.
